Ordering
Our acceptance of your order takes place once you enter your payment details and these have been authorised by your debit or credit card company, at which point the purchasing contract will be made and you will be charged for the order you have placed.

However, we cannot guarantee their reliability and Search Press Limited disclaims any liabilities direct or indirect associated with the contents of this site. All images, specifications and descriptions are for the purpose of giving you an approximate description of the project(s) - should you require more details or information on any products detailed on this site please contact us directly.
Pricing
All prices shown on our site are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price at any time but will honour any price shown at the point of ordering.
Payment Methods
When ordering please supply your billing address, telephone number and e-mail address (for details of what we do with this information, please refer to our Privacy Policy). Please ensure that your e-mail address is correct as we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail. Any incorrect information given may delay your order. All payments are checked for fraud and any frauds will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Please note that our Terms and Conditions can be changed at any time and without prior notice.
Refunds
If you’ve made a genuine mistake with downloading a project or projects, we are under no legal obligation to offer you a refund (Consumer Rights Acts, 2015). But under certain conditions we’ll consider offering a refund or a gratis replacement project(s) because we’re really rather lovely people – do contact us on searchpress@searchpress.com.
If you do consider that the project you’ve bought is in some way faulty, has been misrepresented or inaccurately described on our website prior to purchase, then please contact us on searchpress@searchpress.com with details of your complaint. We will take all such issues seriously and take action to rectify your problem quickly.
Your obligations
Your downloaded project, whether you’ve bought it or have downloaded it free from our website, is for your usage only. Please do not share it on any other website or distribute it in any format without our express permission. Failure to comply with this would be in breach of Search Press’s copyright and we would treat such a breach as very serious.
